Assurance for buyers is covered in three (3) ways.
The condition report.
Is required and will be provided for all listings. The CR gives the bidders a detailed description of the item along with any damage or defects.
Inspect the item you won.
If the item you purchased is not in the condition described you may have cause for arbitration. Please contact OA for details.
OnlineAuctioneer.ca monitors buyer and seller conduct.
Any buyer or seller who violates the Terms & Conditions may have their account suspended or deleted.
Vehicle Purchases
Additional assurances for vehicle buyers may include:
CarProof - a Canadian based used vehicle history reporting service. Vehicle listings will indicate if a CarProof report is available.
Independant inspection (third-party) – Vehicle listings will indicate if a third-party inspection report is available.
