SELLING
The selling process requires users to enter information pertaining to the items they are offering for sale. Entering false or misleading personal information, or entering false or misleading item information may constitute fraud  and thus would be illegal. As noted in our privacy policy, ONLINEAUCTIONEER.CA may if necessary share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting with fraud prevention or investigation.  

Only those agreeing to the terms and conditions are permitted to consign and sell goods on ONLINEAUCTIONEER.CA.

BIDDING / BUYING
The bidding process requires users to enter a user name and password before entering an auction event. Please note that it is illegal to use false information. As noted in our privacy policy, ONLINEAUCTIONEER.CA may if necessary share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting with fraud prevention or investigation.

When bidding on items, you are expected to honour your bids. By placing a bid you are entering into a legal and binding offer to purchase the item you are bidding on, to the highest price you have offered. If you are deemed to be the highest bidder, you must complete the transaction. 

When placing bids the amount cannot be decreased.

Items will be sold in accordance with the auction terms and conditions which are available for viewing with every auction item. When you place your bid you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the sale.

FEES
Buyers and sellers agree to pay all fees pertaining to the transactions made on this site.

TAXES
Applicable federal and provincial taxes will apply on all purchases.

SHIPPING/PICK-UP
Shipping or pick-up of items purchased is the responsibility of the purchaser.

DECLARATIONS
All items sold on this site will be sold on an AS IS basis. Any motor vehicles offered for sale on this site will be sold in accordance to the laws of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Dealers Act (MVDA) and any declarations will be made as required by the act.
